We accept returns of defective and non-defective merchandise by mail, and accept exchange requests. A change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrect selection can qualify as a non-defective reason. Damage, defects, wrong shipments, missing components, and material differences from the description may also be reported.
Request a return within 30 days after delivery. Eligible merchandise must be new and unused, in its original condition, with original packaging, tags, and supplied accessories. An item that arrived damaged or defective may be submitted for review in the condition received.
Provide the order number, checkout email, and reason for the request. For damage, defects, incorrect goods, or missing pieces, include clear photos or video of the item and its packaging. Obtain authorization before mailing anything back.
A free return label is included in the package. Returns are sent by mail and there is no restocking fee. Exchanges depend on available stock. After a refund is approved, we process it to the original payment method within 10 days; the financial provider's posting time may vary.
