These terms cover physical orders accepted through our store. Normal preparation takes approximately 1–2 business days; estimated delivery or carrier transit then takes 3–5 business days. These windows are estimates, not promises of a particular arrival date.
Free-shipping eligibility, charges, supported destinations, and any product or carrier restrictions are shown at checkout. Supply an accurate street address, email, and telephone number; incomplete details can delay dispatch.
Shipment tracking is provided when available, although carrier scans may appear later than dispatch. For delays or suspected loss, send the order number, checkout email, destination postal code, and tracking reference. If tracking says delivered, check the delivery area and household recipients before asking us to investigate with the carrier.
Report transit damage with photographs or video of both the goods and packaging, and retain the packaging during the review. Holidays, weather, demand, address problems, and carrier investigations can extend timing; contact us for order-specific assistance.
